Omaxe bags Rs. 57Cr order from Air Force Naval Housing Board

NEW DELHI: Realty firm Omaxe today said it has bagged a Rs 57.2 crore contract from the Air Force Naval Housing Board to develop a housing colony at Meerut, in Uttar Pradesh.

The contract to construct a 10-acre housing colony was awarded to Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe.

"The contract, which involves development and construction of the residential colony, is pegged at Rs 572 million," the company said in a statement.

The colony will comprise of 365 dwelling units. With a total construction area of five lakh sq ft, the project is expected to be completed within 24 months of commencement of construction.

Recently, Omaxe bagged a contract to construct the new complex of the prestigious AIIMS at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

At present, Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction has an order book of Rs 822.52 crore.
